Social Media Marketing and Management Specialist

Responsibilities:      

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with [Company Name]’s marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive elements, that resonate with the target audience and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the strategy as appropriate.
  • Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to amplify reach, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, content, design) to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing efforts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms.
  • Generate regular reports on key social media metrics, trends, and insights, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to inform strategy adjustments and innovations.
  • Monitor competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus.
