Responsibilities:
- Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Design and produce marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and convey the company’s message effectively.
- Use a variety of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics and layouts.
- Develop illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the company’s brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs
Qualifications:
- Capable of solving complicated challenges with confidence while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling liabilities
- Can work under pressure and perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent management skills are required in order to prioritize and manage a significant volume of clients during periods of high demand, as well as work independently.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Knowledge of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus
