LinkedIn Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:      

  • Cold calling prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  • Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and purchasing potential.
  • Scheduling appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Following up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for appointments set and leads generated.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent skills in communication, including the ability to convey tough messages effectively and respectfully; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Capable of solving complicated challenges with confidence while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling liabilities
  • Can work under pressure and perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency. 
  • Excellent management skills are required in order to prioritize and manage a significant volume of clients during periods of high demand, as well as work independently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
