Responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and purchasing potential.
- Scheduling appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, appointments, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Following up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas for appointments set and leads generated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent skills in communication, including the ability to convey tough messages effectively and respectfully; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Capable of solving complicated challenges with confidence while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling liabilities
- Can work under pressure and perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent management skills are required in order to prioritize and manage a significant volume of clients during periods of high demand, as well as work independently.
