Cold Caller

Responsibilities:      

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a provided list or through independent research.
  • Introduce and promote [Company Name]’s products/services to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest and needs.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively communicate the value proposition.

  • Record all interactions, updates, and outcomes in CRM software/database.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
