Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:      

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling and personalized email content including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action.
  • Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Manage email automation workflows, including setting up triggers, drip campaigns, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and analyze key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously optimize email campaigns through testing and iteration to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations related to email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy and subject lines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimization.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
