Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling and personalized email content including copy, graphics, and calls-to-action.
- Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted messaging.
- Manage email automation workflows, including setting up triggers, drip campaigns, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and analyze key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously optimize email campaigns through testing and iteration to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations related to email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
