Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a provided list or through independent research.
- Introduce and promote the client’s products/services to potential customers.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest and needs.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Set appointments for sales representatives or account managers with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Record all interactions, updates, and outcomes in CRM software/database.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about client’s products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and share insights.
