Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for video optimization.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
- Implement YouTube best practices for metadata optimization, including using timestamps, hashtags, and end screens.
- Analyze YouTube analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and feedback on YouTube videos to foster engagement and community interaction.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and editors to ensure alignment between video content and SEO strategy.
- Stay updated on YouTube algorithm updates, trends, and industry best practices to inform optimization strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation in our YouTube content strategy.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic to YouTube videos through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Test and iterate on optimization strategies based on data-driven insights and experimentation.
- Keep abreast of emerging tools, technologies, and trends in SEO and video marketing to continuously improve performance.
- Provide regular reports and updates on YouTube channel performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in YouTube channel management and optimization, with a focus on SEO.
- Proficiency in YouTube analytics and SEO tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
- Experience with video production, editing, and storytelling is a plus.
