Healthcare Social Media and Office Administrator

Responsibilities:      

1. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the healthcare and RPM industry.
  • Create engaging and informative content for our social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and content creators to ensure accurate and compliant messaging.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint to organize and maintain digital files, documents, and databases related to healthcare initiatives.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, webinars, and events related to remote patient monitoring.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks including email management, data entry, and calendar coordination.

3. Team Collaboration and Training:

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals, marketing teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on social media best practices and platform usage.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to healthcare communications and social media marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance standards.
  • Certification in healthcare marketing or social media management.
  • Knowledge of telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and other digital health technologies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing social media accounts within the healthcare industry, particularly in Remote Patient Monitoring or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a focus on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex healthcare concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
