Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Excellent skills in communication, including the ability to convey tough messages effectively and respectfully; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Excellent management skills are required in order to prioritize and manage significant volume of clients during periods of high demand, as well as work independently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the fintech sector, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and architectures, including microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience working in agile and DevOps environments, with a focus on speed, flexibility, and collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the digital finance space.
