  • Make and change appointments for clients for all providers
  • Keep spreadsheets of all expenses and categorize them throughout the month in order to have them ready for tax season.
  • Update and upkeep the website or work with the website developers.
  • Help create posting and manage social media postings
  • Help research the best prices for items needed for the office, such as office signs and other items.
  • Help put together research and PowerPoint presentations for future conferences and workshops.
  • Put together HIPPA-compliant draft reports (after signing the HIPPA compliance contract)
  • Arranging, changing, or canceling meetings when needed.
  • Other tasks as needed
