Hiring Coordinator

Tasks Required:   

1. Recruitment Management:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for
  • per diem assignments.
  • 50 interviews a week goal
  • 20 candidates submitted for onboarding each week
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.

2. Onboarding and Compliance:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and credentials.

3. Administrative Support:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating shifts for per diem staff.
  • Handle inquiries from candidates and clients regarding assignments, pay,
  • benefits, etc.
  • Support other administrative tasks related to staffing operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a staffing platform (Gale or other) is a plus.
