Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide essential support to the Chief Revenue Officer during a temporary staffing shortage. This role will be pivotal in managing and organizing confidential contracts, coordinating electronic signature processes through Adobe Sign, and assisting with general executive administrative needs to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact to organize meetings and manage confidential communications.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of contracts through Adobe Sign.
- Ensure contracts are uploaded, tracked, and followed up for both client and CEO signatures.
- Train and support internal team members in the Adobe Sign process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business and client information.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the CRO as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have experience as an Executive Assistant with a background in HR and Insurance, or as an Admin Support professional with strong HR and Insurance experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Adobe Sign is required; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
