Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

- Excellent skills in communication, including the ability to convey tough messages effectively and respectfully; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Can work under pressure, perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent management skills are required to prioritize and manage a significant volume of clients during periods of high demand, as well as work independently.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
