Social Media Manager with Graphic Design Experience

Tasks Required:   

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
  • Design graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community.

2. Content Creation

  • Copywriting: Write engaging and informative copy for social media posts, ensuring it is tailored to the audience and platform.
  • Multimedia Content: Develop a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, and newsletters, to support social media efforts.
  • Stay updated on trends in the finance and real estate sectors to create timely and relevant content.

3. Engagement and Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions and manage the company’s online reputation.

4. Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of social media campaigns, particularly in terms of lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

5. Advertising and Promotions

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to promote financial and real estate services, properties, and events.
  • Manage and optimize the budget for social media advertising to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on social media ads to determine the most effective strategies.

6. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create tailored social media content that highlights their properties and financial offerings.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance designers, photographers, and videographers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design work and successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (Canva, Procreate, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
