Key Responsibilities:      

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and potential revenue enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide actionable insights to support budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency

Requirements:

  • CPA certification is mandatory, with a minimum of five years of accounting experience.
  • Familiar with U.S Law
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
    Industry experience in U.S healthcare or dialysis is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ambition and readiness to advance into a Controller position.
