Job Overview:
As a Mid-Senior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js or Next.js. You will work closely with our product and design teams to build scalable and efficient solutions. Your role will also involve integrating with various US payment processors and gateways, ensuring our platforms provide seamless and secure transactions for our users.
Tasks Required:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and Next.js.
- Design and implement scalable and secure APIs.
- Integrate with various US payment processors and gateways.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create a cohesive user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with serverless architecture.
- Knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience in the fintech or renewable energy sector.
- Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Next.js.
- Experience with AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
- Proven experience integrating with US payment processors and gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Square).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
