Job Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and manage day-to-day marketing initiatives for our growing brand. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer with a strong background in brand building, content development, and campaign management. You’ll work closely with our internal team to execute marketing plans across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels—ensuring brand consistency, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:      

  • Manage the company’s day-to-day marketing needs across all channels
  • Update Shopify store (e.g. content, freight pricing, product info)
  • Manage and execute campaigns across social and digital platforms
  • Upload and manage content (e.g., YouTube videos, Tiktok, blog posts)
  • Create or coordinate creation of flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Manage marketing collateral and brand assets (e.g., catalogs, product decks, retail presentations)
  • Create email campaigns, newsletters, and external communications
  • Manage databases & segmentation in Klavyio
  • Coordinate with designers for creative assets
  • Conduct light analysis check-ins on platforms like Amazon, Chewy, Faire, RangeMe to ensure brand and content integrity as well as identify enhanced and PPC opportunities to increase sales
  • May be asked to source marketing promotional products (e.g., through Alibaba)
  • Help prepare marketing materials for special projects or events (e.g., for influencers, ambassadors & celebrity endorsements)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within premium or consumer lifestyle brands
  • Strong generalist marketing background — able to manage a wide range of brand and content initiatives (not a performance-marketing or niche specialist)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

Team Dynamics:

● Will work closely with the internal team and be able to manage your time independently to meet deadlines.
● Expected to collaborate actively, communicate progress, and contribute to team discussions
● Needs to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and understand urgency vs importance
● Will interact with other marketing and design team members regularly
