Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves managing social media content, setting up and monitoring online ad campaigns, and assisting with lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including retargeting strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per lead.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook) to engage target audiences.
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Manage landing pages and ensure effective distribution of lead magnets.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports, including ad metrics and social engagement data.
- Design simple creatives using Canva or similar design tools to support marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
