Job Overview:
We are launching a new U.S.-based freelance platform focused on AI, Cloud, and Data projects. To help grow our network of high-quality freelancers and clients, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organized LinkedIn Outreach Manager to manage the founder’s LinkedIn profile and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
This is a freelance, part-time role, ideal for someone experienced in LinkedIn lead generation who understands the tech landscape and thrives on building meaningful professional connections.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the founder’s LinkedIn profile to increase engagement and outreach effectiveness
- Execute daily outreach (approx. 2 hours/day, Mon–Fri) to the founder’s existing and new contacts (1,500+ followers currently)
- Target two primary audiences:
- Freelancers (AI, Cloud, Data): Invite them to join the platform’s waiting list
- Potential Clients (CTOs, Heads of Cloud/Data, etc.): Invite them to book a discovery call
- Maintain a daily log of outreach messages, responses, and follow-ups
- Respond to basic messages and flag qualified leads for direct follow-up by the founder
- Participate in a 30-minute weekly video call to review results, refine outreach strategy, and update messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with LinkedIn profile management and B2B outreach campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with the tech industry, especially AI, Cloud, or Data services (strong plus)
- Highly reliable, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and asynchronous communication
