Job Overview:
The Ecommerce and AI Specialist will manage and optimize our online sales channels across Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and Alibaba, while also sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product offering. This role requires a combination of ecommerce expertise, supplier management, and AI-driven optimization strategies to enhance sales and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s online stores on Shopify, Amazon, Chewy, Faire, RangeMe.
- Create, update, and enhance product listings with compelling descriptions, researched keywords, and visuals.
- Monitor store performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing team to run promotions, ads, and AI-driven campaigns.
- Use AI-driven analytics to optimize listings, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Integrate chatbots or virtual assistants to improve customer experience and response time.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Track ecommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, and sales performance across all platforms.
- Provide actionable insights for product, pricing, and marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce management with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Chewy, Faire, RangeMe .
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing and negotiation (especially via Alibaba or global vendors).
- Knowledge of AI tools for ecommerce, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, product listing optimization, and online marketplace best practices.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
