Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other platforms
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions across social channels, fostering meaningful conversations and community growth
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
- Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of content across platforms
- Track and report on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support campaigns and events through content planning and audience outreach
- Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in content and community engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Proven experience in content creation and community or social media management
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok) and engagement tactics
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Creative mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content strategy is a plus
