Job Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and advertising initiatives. This role will focus on creating CMS-compliant campaigns for our agents, partner medical groups, and physicians. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital outreach tools, and be able to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage CMS-compliant advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and manage event listings using AllEvents.in and Eventbrite.
- Execute cross-promotion strategies across social media platforms.
- Email & SMS Campaigns:
- Design and manage Constant Contact eBlasts (including formatting, images, compliance language, and deliverability best practices).
- Coordinate and execute text messaging campaigns to drive event RSVPs and engagement.
- Design ad creatives, graphics, and copy tailored for both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/CMS marketing guidelines.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Communicate effectively with Syndicated’s executive team.
- Provide weekly performance updates and campaign recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience with Meta advertising, Google Ads, and Constant Contact (required).
- Familiarity with SMS/text marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of ad compliance in regulated industries (Medicare/healthcare preferred).
- Graphic design and copywriting skills for ads emails and event promotions.
- Familiarity with event marketing tools (AJlEvents.in, Eventbrite).|
