Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and creative Virtual Marketing Assistant to support five busy real estate professionals and a popular Bible podcast with a variety of design, digital marketing, and publishing tasks. You’ll work closely with a creative project producer who provides training, tools, and clear expectations. This is a remote, flexible position with consistent work and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update podcast episodes on Libsyn and WordPress for The Seven Streams Method
- Create social media content on Canva, Marq, or MaxaDesigns
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Design marketing materials in Canva (flyers, postcards, brochures, business cards)
- Create eblasts and newsletters via Mailchimp
- Assist with basic creative videos using CapCut, iMovie, or other video editing software (templates provided)
- Maintain Trello task board and follow weekly checklist
- Follow brand templates and turnaround time guidelines
- Additional responsibilities for the future: clearing out undesirable emails from various email accounts, organize inboxes, assemble blog post content into a Bible commentary on Google Docs
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable with Canva, Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Google Business, and Mailchimp (or eager to learn)
- Willing to learn new design programs like Marq and MaxaDesigns
- Able to update and manage podcast episodes (or willing to learn Libsyn and WordPress)
- Very good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- A good communicator who enjoys supporting others
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Located anywhere in the world with reliable internet access
