Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Accounting Administrator to lead our financial operations and ensure organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative leadership. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage complex financial processes, provide strategic insights, and effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers with a focus on precision and compliance.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations and financial reviews.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, manage complex invoicing processes, and monitor cash flow.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize operations.
- Utilize ATX Tax Software to oversee and ensure the accurate preparation, filing, and compliance of taxes.
- Manage and organize tax documentation, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and regulatory agencies.
- Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to streamline reporting, documentation, and communication.
- Oversee document management through PDF editing software and ensure the secure execution of contracts via Docusign.
- Implement and manage Suralink for secure and efficient document sharing.
- Administer and oversee financial records and transactions through QuickBooks.
- Lead client meetings to discuss financial performance, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
- Serve as the financial point of contact, providing high-level advisory support to clients and prospects.
- Drive administrative initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of internal and client-facing processes. Administrative work will be a core focus, involving scheduling, managing client communications, coordinating documents, and maintaining efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial operations and organizational goals.
- Develop and present strategic financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Spearhead the creation of budgets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in senior accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Expertise in ATX Tax Software, QuickBooks, Docusign, and Suralink.
- Strong capability in PDF document management and editing.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and bank reconciliation.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at client engagement and negotiations.
