The Virtual Assistant will manage day-to-day operational tasks, assist with content creation workflows, and support real estate–related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing recruitment presentations, or client events presentations
- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments.
- Create and maintain property information sheets, digital brochures, and listing descriptions.
- Perform basic market research and neighborhood data gathering.
- Watch and analyze raw video content to select highlights, track key moments, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Edit photos for branding, listings, and social media content.
- Design YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics, and branded visuals.
- Organize and manage the content library and digital assets.
- Assist in planning content ideas, scripts, and filming outlines.
- Communicate with brands, sponsorship partners, and potential collaborators.
- Draft and send outreach emails, manage negotiations, and coordinate deliverables.
- Prepare media kits, proposals, and partnership presentations.
- Track campaign deadlines and ensure brand requirements are met.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule events such as open houses, client appreciation events, and content shoots.

Requirements:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
