Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly versatile, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle UAE and international visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
- Manage email inboxes, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting notes.
- Act as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks.
- Track deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Support basic HR and operational coordination when required.
- Conduct online research and compile information for decision-making.
- Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Provide ad-hoc support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable supporting executives across multiple functions.
- Experience with travel planning and visa processing is highly preferred.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week, aligned with the UAE time zone.
