Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly versatile, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:      

  • Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle UAE and international visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Manage email inboxes, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting notes.
  • Act as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks.
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Support basic HR and operational coordination when required.
  • Conduct online research and compile information for decision-making.
  • Manage confidential information with a high level of discretion.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Comfortable supporting executives across multiple functions.
  • Experience with travel planning and visa processing is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work 5 days per week, aligned with the UAE time zone.
  • Seamless schedule and travel management.
