Outbound Caller (Soccer Industry)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Part-Time Outbound Caller. In this role, you will connect with soccer coaches and club owners across the U.S., with the primary goal of scheduling video conferences with our lead executive. If you’re passionate about soccer, that’s a big plus

Key Responsibilities:      

  • Make outbound calls (3 hours/day) using a cloud-based dialer (e.g., JustCall or CloudTalk)
  • Use provided script to engage leads professionally and effectively
  • Schedule video meetings in the lead’s calendar
  • Send follow-up emails with a presentation if the lead is interested
  • Join a brief 30-minute weekly catch-up call with the team
  • Schedule: 10 AM – 1 PM EST, Monday to Friday | 11 PM – 2 AM Manila time

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, confident, and self-motivated personality
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based coaches and club owners
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience in using CloudTalk or JustCall
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer engagement preferred
  • Interest or background in soccer/sports is a strong advantage
