Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CPA with at least five years of experience, preferably within the healthcare or dialysis sectors. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to take on increased responsibilities with a pathway to grow into a Controller role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, ready to optimize our accounting practices and support our financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and potential revenue enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Provide actionable insights to support budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
- CPA certification is preferred, with a minimum of five years of accounting experience.
- Familiar with U.S Law
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Industry experience in U.S healthcare or dialysis is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ambition and readiness to advance into a Controller position.
