We are seeking a highly accomplished finance professional to lead the development of sophisticated, investor-grade fundraising materials and financial narratives. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and storytelling and is critical to positioning the company for successful capital raises.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial modeling, capital markets, and investor communications, with the ability to translate complex financial structures and growth strategies into compelling, polished presentations tailored to institutional and strategic investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of fundraising and investor presentations, including pitch decks, financial appendices, and supporting materials
- Design and maintain advanced financial models, including multi-year projections, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and valuation frameworks
- Develop a cohesive investment narrative that clearly articulates the company’s vision, market opportunity, financial performance, and capital requirements
- Translate complex financial, operational, and strategic data into clear, compelling visuals and executive-level messaging
- Partner closely with founders and senior leadership to refine fundraising strategy, capital structure, and use-of-funds narratives
- Customize materials for different investor audiences (VCs, private equity, strategic investors, family offices)
- Ensure all financial content meets institutional standards for accuracy, consistency, and credibility
- Support investor Q&A preparation, data room structuring, and follow-up materials as needed
- Advise on best practices in investor communications, benchmarking, and market positioning
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading successful fundraising efforts
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation
- Exceptional ability to distill complex financial and strategic concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
- Strong presentation design sensibility with experience producing executive-level, investor-ready materials
- High attention to detail and ability to operate with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to advise senior leadership
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in investment banking, PE/VC, consulting, or CFO-level advisory roles
- Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage companies
- Familiarity with institutional investor expectations and diligence processes
